General information: 7his application is required for the establishment or the amendment to an approved devetopment
plan. The establishment or an amendment of a development plan may be required for new construction, change in use
or redevelopment on parcels that are within the following Zoning Districts or as determined by the Administrator: Gen-
era! Use (GU) District {Section i2-9C, Vail Town Code), Ski Base/ Recreation (SSR) District (Section 12-8D, Vail Town
Gode) and Ski Base/ Recrsation 2(SBR2) District (Section 12-8E, Vail Town Code). Sections of the Vail Town Code
