Hi Rachel:
I wasn't sure who was around this week so I copied this to George and Bill as well. Attached please find a letter with regard to an interpretation about the floor level of the Treetops
space. We wanted to put this interpretation on the table in addition to our application to amend the text of the Lionshead Mixed Use - 1 district.
If you agree with this interpretation, the owner would be able to apply for a conditional use permit to allow office uses at Treetops and drop the application to amend the code.
If necessary we would like the disposition of this interpretation to track with our text amendment application planned for January 9 with the PEC.
We appreciate your assistance with this and are happy to meet and discuss.
