Hi Rachel,
I wanted to provide an update on my design application. I have been working with the HOA, and they have approved the front ski locker and the contractor I want to use for the work.
(Lee Sedota) The president of the HOA is Scott Wagner. One of the HOA members is out this week, so they want to wait for him to return next week to finish discussing design standards
for the rear locker since this will be the first one built in the complex. The thing they want to ensure is that it is built in a way that doesn't interfere with drainage from the deck
above. Given this, I am going to wait another week or so to get both lockers approved so the permit can be issued for both. (assuming there are no issues with the rear locker). I
wanted to see what you will need from me to show that the HOA has approved? Is an email from the President O.K. or do you need a formal signature? Please let me know and I will work
with the HOA to get it to you.
