· Sheet L2 does not appear to be printed to scale. Please submit a scaled version of this sheet.
· Show the 20 foot front setback line on the floor plans (sheets A2.1, A2.2, A2.3) and verify that no portion of the revised front deck encroaches more than 5 feet into that
required setback area.
· The plans must be revised to have no more than 9 non-exempt exterior light fixtures.
· As discussed, the gas meter will be relocated to not obstruct the exterior parking space.
· The topographic survey must be stamped and signed by the surveyor.
· Contact Chad Salli, Public Works Department, at 479-2169 to clarify details for the invert at the top of the cobble swale (west side of house).
