Our client intends to discuss replacing the line across his property when we build, to minimize potential future impacts. We will discuss this in the process of executing the two requested agreements. I assume these agreements are required prior to permit issue? Douglas M. However, ERWSD will grant the approval for this easement encroachment, provided an easement encroachment agreement is met and recorded with Eagle County as well as a excess fill agreement. That being said we would ask that you seriously consider revising the current plan to something that would be less intrusive.
