shall not be required to meet the requirements of this sec-
tion.
1003J.4.1 Grease interceptor capacity. Grease inter-
ceptors shall have the grease retention capacity indiea[ed
in Table 10033.4. l for [he ilow-through rates indicated.
10033.4.2 Rate of flow rnntrols. Grcau interceptors
shall be equipped with devices ro control the rate of water
flow so tliat the water flow does not ezcced the rated
flow.'Ihe flow-con[rol device shell be vented and termi-
nate not less than 6 inches (152 mm) above the flood rim
level or be instelled in eccordance with the manufac-
turcr's instnutions.
