RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS
● Submit two complete sets of revised construction documents
containing the requested information with all plan revision items clouded or otherwise identified showing compliance with the Town of Vail building codes.
● Please respond
in writing to each comment with a response letter addressing each comment.
BUILDING COMMENTS
Plumbing Comments:
1. Plans to be sealed and signed by an engineer licensed in the State
of Colorado per section 106.3.1 IPC.
2. Provide actual flow rates for each fixture to be discharged through the grease interceptor.
3. Include on plans all fixtures required to be discharged
to the grease interceptor per section 1003.3.1 IPC.
4. Plans do not reflect the required flow controls per section 1003.3.4.2 IPC. Revise plans.
5. Provide plumbing isometric showing
waste/ vent piping installation showing compliance with the plumbing code. Reference section 106.3.1 IPC
