Gentlemen,
Please find attached a copy of the design review approval for the new residence at 446 Forest Road.
With the building permit submittal, please address the following review comments from the correction plan submittal:
· Limits of disturbance fence must be adjusted to be within the western property boundary.
· Provide design details for the proposed address marker.
· Verify that the address marker and retaining walls do not impact the required site distance at the end of the driveway.
· Show the location of the proposed street cuts for utility installations.
· The lower level GRFA calculations must be revised to include the entirety of all stair cases (+16 sq.ft.).
· The upper level GRFA calculations must be revised to include the entirety of all stair cases (+128 sq.ft.).
