Hey Hans and Keegan,
Sorry for the delay. Here are the Public Works Department comments on the Lapin revisions:
· Show a 4 ft. unheated concrete pan with 2” invert at the end of the east driveway.
· Show an 18” unheated concrete slab at the end of the west driveway.
· Show the limits of disturbance fence on the east side of the site plan.
· Adjust limits of disturbance fence to include removal of existing driveway.
· The limits of disturbance fence will need to be installed across the south side of the property as soon as possible.
· Snow storage area and fire staging area can not be the same location without Fire Department approval.
· Verify that the drainage easement along the west property boundary has been executed and recorded.
· Driveways must be a minimum of 12 ft. wide.
· Trees must be modified meet site distance requirements at the end of the driveways.
· Utility company approval is required for the hot tub and boulder walls in the easements.
· Submit an erosion control plan with the building permit application.
· Staging plan must be submitted with the building permit application.
· Revocable Right-of-Way Permit required with the building permit application.
· If site de-watering is required, all necessary permits and approvals must be submitted.
· This project must comply with the 2012 Vail Village/Lionhead Village Construction Hours Handout.
· Street cuts for utility installation must be coordinated with the Town of Vail Public Works Department. Contact Leonard Sandoval at 479-2198.
· Bridge and area south of property line is to be removed and landscaped by the Town of Vail. The Town will consider asking the General Contractor to provide a cost estimate
for doing the demolition and site restoration. The Town of Vail will provide the required permits. Please contact Chad Salli, Town of Vail Project Engineer, at 479-2169 for additional
information.
