Please consider this the official notice that the 994 Ptarmigan Road Residence is on hold indefinitely. At this point in time, we will be pursuing the Revegetation of the Lot – either
the entire lot at this time; or we will be working on a plan to allow Beck Building Company to use a portion of the Lot for Construction Parking for the completion of the Construction
of 996 Ptarmigan Road (which they have stated that they are working with the Town of Vail for approval to accomplish this). Please contact me with any questions/concerns. Thank you
for your assistance with these issues.
