Description of the Character of the Proposed Structure
For the Single Family Residence at
5194 Main Gore Dr S., East Vail
Lot 16, Vail Meadows, Filing 1, Eagle County Colorado
The lot has 0.70 acres or approximately 30,544 square feet. The Single Family
Residence will have approximately 5,500 square feet of GRFA on three levels plus two
garages for three cars. The foot print of the building has a site coverage of 3,583 square
feet including the garages. The proposed residence will have 5 bedrooms and 6
bathrooms. The exterior finishes are limestone and 1 "X 10 "Hand Hewn Spruce Wood
Siding with natural stain. The exterior materials and colors will be very similar to 5142
Grouse Lane, which was a built by Greg Cummings and Brian Reske in the same East
Vail neighborhood. A picture of 5142 Grouse Lane is attached to illustrate the exterior
materials proposed for 5194 Main Gore Drive.
