I� BOOTH FALLS MOUNTAIN TOWNHOMES PO 3592 Vail, CO 81652 March 24, 2012 Dear Rachel, Thank you for your time assisting me to understand the necessary documents required for the review process for staining the buildings of the Booth Falls Townhomes. As we discussed on the phone we would like to vary the siding color the seven buildings in the complex. All the buildings will have the same fascia color; barn red and the same window trim and door trim color; oxford brown. The brown and the red, match the existing colors for fascia and window trim. We would like to update the complex with three stains for the siding. We would like for three buildings to be stained terra mauve, two buildings stained natural cedar tone and two buildings stained mesa verde tan. The siding colors we have chosen are complimentary with each other, and go very nicely with the current window trim and the fascia colors. The colors blend very nicely with the natural environment and are wood tone colors. We have consulted a designer in our process and we believe the colors will enhance not only the complex but also the neighborhood. The colors will be applied as follows: Building #1 and #4: Mesa Verde Tan Building #2, #6 and #7: Terra Mauve Building #3 and #5: Natural Cedar Tone Enclosed in this packet you will find: 1. Site map locating each building and its number. 2. Site map with designating the building colors. 3. Picture actual stain color on the west wall of Building #4. 4. Color renditions from the Benjamin Moore website with each of the three colors. 5. Photographs of elevations of each building, also notes of the color designation. 6. Sample boards of each color for review. Please let me know if there is anything else required. We are very excited to make this long overdue improvement to the complex!
