Design Review approval. Applicable Vail Town Code sections can be reviewed on-line at www.vailgov.com under Vail
Information—Town Code On-line (Title 11 Signs). An application for Design Review cannot be accepted until all re-
quired information is received by the Community Development Department. Design Review approval lapses unless sign

All existing condo bldg identification signs are to be
replaced, same for same (text, graphics and
dimensions), but utilizing HDU rather than wood for
better long-term performance and appearance. The
existing signs are generally in poor condition and the
wood substrate is warped and split.
A sample of an existing and new sign are provided for
comparison. The number of signs per bldg is
inconsistent (depends on trees which prevent
consistent placement of signs), but a total of 4 new
signs will be added to improve building identification
for guests and service providers.
