Dear Bill Gibson,
My sister and I live on Garmisch Drive next to the project Dave Hilb is working on. We are very concerned about the trees. Unfortunately, when it was built by Beno Scheidegger many years
ago, the building was not place where it should have been. Beno owned all the property and later sold remaining pieces. We know now that our unit is partially on Dave's property as are
the trees I planted and my garden. Yesterday, flags were placed for the house he is planning to build. I believe he is a good builder and very conscientous but it is a very difficult
situation for us.
