Snow Storage Area must be 30 % of driveway . Please double check area
Show on site plan a 4 foot concrete pan w/2” Invert. (No Heat)
All disturbed grading must return to 2:1 grade. Revise. Currently shown at 1:1.
Provide Top and Bottom elevations of proposed retaining walls. Engineered stamped plans will be required.
