A#drawings and project manual pdfs have been stamped and signed. Architectural Comments: 1) Sheet A2.7 - Encroaches onto adjacent property. The parcel directly South of the property line shown is also owned by Lions Square North Condominium Association, Inc and Lion Square Phase Il and X Condominium Association, inc. Please see attached warranty deed. Additional ASI #2 items 1) Sheets A8.1 , A8.2, A8.5 and A8.6 - Dimensions and notes indicating railing spacing have been revised to indicate the maximum spacing between rails to be less than 4". A circuit was added to panel #3 for power to elevator door hold opens. 2. Replacement of panel #554 was removed from the scope. This change is reflected on the one-line diagram, panel schedules, and floor plan. 3. New circuits were removed from panel schedules and receptacles were removed from the floor plans for the infill units. These items fall under the scope of interior unit remodels to be completed in the future. General notes were modified to correspond with this change. Changes for ASI #2: 1.
