to the project as required to the plan review comments. ASI #1 items are also
included in this set with respective narrative.
Please see responses to plan review comments below in bold italics:
General Comments:
1. A#drawings and project manual pdfs have been stamped and signed.
Architectural Comments:
1) Sheet A2.7 - Encroaches onto adjacent property. The parcel directly South
of the property line shown is also owned by Lions Square North Condominium
Association, Inc and Lion Square Phase Il and X Condominium Association, inc.
Please see attached warranty deed.
Additional ASI #2 items
1) Sheets A8.1 , A8.2, A8.5 and A8.6 - Dimensions and notes indicating railing
spacing have been revised to indicate the maximum spacing between rails to
be less than 4".

Structural Comments:
Please refer to the enclosed response letter from Monroe-Newell. A
completed signed special inspection form will be submitted by the contractor.
MEP Comments:
Please refer to the enclosed response letter from AEC to include additional
new items.
In addition to revisions as required by the plan review comments, the
following revisions or additions have been made to drawings for further
clarification to the contractor as ASI #1 :
Architectural
A0.1 - Sheets A4.1 a & A4.8 added to the sheet index. Area Calculations
corrected.
Keynotes - D4 revised to be an add alternate. D8 - Tremco revised to Vulkem.
D10 & D1 1 added demo notes. General notes - #2 added to be painted. #3
revised note from match exist. to all new trim to be cementitious. Removed #4
- cementitious trim at new windows/doors @ 40 + feet above grade.
Adjusted note numbering.
D2.1 - Revised concrete demo note for concrete to be cut at nearest control
joint.
D2.2 - Added demo keynotes D10 & D1 1 to demo plan.
D2.3 - Added demo keynotes D10 & D1 1 to demo plan. Added note to
remove exist railing at North side of building at parking lot for replacement.
Added note to remove spandrel fascia wood siding for new stucco. Added
note for Mezzaluna railing replacement to be add alternate. Note to clarify

Changes for ASI #1:
1. A circuit was added to panel #3 for power to elevator door hold opens.
2. Replacement of panel #554 was removed from the scope. This change is
reflected on the one-line diagram, panel schedules, and floor plan.
3. New circuits were removed from panel schedules and receptacles were removed
from the floor plans for the infill units. These items fall under the scope of
interior unit remodels to be completed in the future. General notes were
modified to correspond with this change.
Changes for ASI #2:
1. Replacement of panel #554 was added back to the scope. This change is
reflected on the one-line diagram, panel schedules, and floor plan.
