RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS
● Submit two complete sets of revised construction documents containing the requested information with all plan revision items clouded or otherwise identified.
● Please respond in writing to each comment with a response letter addressing each comment.
BUILDING COMMENTS
Architectural Comments:
1. Pay required plan check fee on resubmittal. No further processing of the permit is to be done until plan check fee is paid
2. Plans to reflect proposed ceiling height in conformance with section 1208.2 IBC. Annotate on plans proposed ceiling height.
Structural Comments:
NA
Plumbing Comments:
1. Boiler to be a minimum of 92% efficient per Town of Vail amendments to the building codes. Revise plans
2. Provide full developed lengths from the meter to show appropriate gas pipe sizing. Reference Table 402.4 IFGC. Note; pipe sizing as submitted is in non- conformance.
Mechanical Comments:
1. How is venting of the proposed fireplace to be achieved? Detail on plans
Electrical Comments:
1. Annotate on plans proposed lighting will be a minimum of 50% high efficacy.
