HomeMy WebLinkAboutDRB120060 HOA approval requiredHey Steve and Bill, The Town of Vail has received a design review application for the replacement of doors and windows at 100 East Meadow Drive, Suite 37. This application does not include the required Joint Property Owner Written Approval. The submitted design review application can not be processed without explicit joint property owner written approval. Please find attached a copy of the joint property owner written approval form. The submitted design review application includes a February 16, 2012, letter from Jonathan Staufer,Staufer Commercial LLC, to Steve and Elizabetta Virion; however, this letter does not grant joint property owner approval for this design review application. Also included in the submitted application is a letter of “Notice of Special Members Meeting Village Inn Plaza-Phase V Condominiums” providing notice of an association meeting to be held yesterday, March 26th. The notice of an association meeting does not constitute joint property owner approval for this design review application. Please submit the Joint Property Owner Written Approval for this application to the Community Development Department by no later than 5:00pm Tuesday, April 3, 2012. Again, the submitted design review application can not be processed and will be considered null and void until said approval has been submitted.
