HomeMy WebLinkAboutDRB120061 - Deevy Residence comment letterHey Beth, The Town of Vail has completed its review of the proposed driveway changes to the Deevy Residence at 736 Forest Road. The following is a summary of the comments from that review: · A Revocable Right-of-Way Permit is required for all new and existing private improvements in the street right-of-way. · The new trees and boulders proposed in the street right-of-way must be relocated no closer than 10 feet from the street edge of asphalt. · Delineate the proposed driveway snow storage area and label the storage area size in square feet and its percentage of the driveway area. · The snowmelt must be on a separate zone within the street right-of-way and must be labeled at the control box.
