Meadow Drive Vail, CO 81657 RE: One Willow Bridge Road TCO Egress Plan Dear Mr. McGee: The One Willow Bridge Road building is attempting to obtain a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO)to allow portions of the building to be occupied while completing construction of the remaining areas. One component of the TCO is ensuring that adequate egress is provided from all occupied areas. Therefore, an analysis has been performed that identifies areas to be occupied and associated egress paths for code compliance. Resort Design Associates has prepared Phased TCO plans dated May l 1, 2007 that detail the egress analysis. The purpose of this letter is to inform you that Hughes Associates, Inc. has worked with the design team on this issue and confirms that the proposed approach detailed on the Phased TCO plans adequately address egress during TCO. These plans specifically address the lack of egress from the patio area by eliminating occupancy of these areas or areas that would use the two southern exit stairwells.
