Dear Ms. Timm:
On behalf of the Lion Square Lodge Phase 1 HOA I am writing to convey the HOA's
commitment to mitigating the housing requirements for our project.
Lion Square Lodge Phase 1 intends on either deed restricting an existing unit within the East
building or purchasing or deed restricting a property with in the Town of Vail. In the event a
property cannot be obtained, Lion square Lodge Phase 1 will commit to paying the Fee in Lieu
as described in the Town Code.
