Subject: General Constractor's response to G &E Permit review comments
Four Seasons Redevelopment
Gentlemen:
Pursuant to the Town of Vail's review comments in a memo, dated 8/17/06, we submit
this notebook as our response for further review and comment. This revised information
is being submitted per the G &E Permit requirements.
We continue to work in conjunction with Black Diamond Resort (developer), The John
Hardy Group (construction manager), and Hill Glazier Architects to augment the phased
permit process. We understand that early permitting for grading and excavation is ,a
possibility with the Town of Vail. Therefore, this information is being provided as
further communication regarding Layton Construction's overall approach to managing
construction on the Four Seasons project.
