I have been studying the new property lines on Lot 2 and 3 in Big Horn Estates.
The question was asked if the new property line worsened the set back condition, it does not.
- Current: 12'-10 3/4"
- proposed as it turns to south : 12'-10 3/4"
- set back from spa concrete pad; 8'-8 1/2"
see attached.
Please let me know your thoughts, I believe this will be approved based on these added dimensions, is that correct?
