Melick Associates is authorized to submit an application for a conceptual design review with DRB at the
request of Guillermo Ballesteros the owner of unit #753 at Lion Square Lodge South to expand their unit. At
this time this request has not been approved by the Board; however, we do support Chip Melick taking the
project to DRB for a conceptual review.
