Hello Bill,
You are correct that I accidentally resubmitted the original drawings. I just up loaded them to the server and I am coping you with them also.
Thank you for your E-mail.

Hey Beth,
Please double check which documents were uploaded to the Town’s website – the revised plans appear to be the same as the original submittal?
Thanks,
Bill

Hello Bill,
I am sorry I didn’t get back to you yesterday, I was traveling.
I bound the “Right-of-Way” Permit application in with the original binder I submitted, pages 3 & 4. I have attached it with this E-mail. I asked Shelley in the class about what I should
do with the “Right-of Way” application and she said I should just try it this way. Please E-mail me what would work best for you and if I should send anything else in.
I will correct the drawings for the other three items. Should I E-mail them back into you or upload them on the server? Again, please tell me what would be best for you.
Thank you,
Beth

Hey Beth,
The Town of Vail has completed its review of the proposed driveway changes to the Deevy Residence at 736 Forest Road. The following is a summary of the comments from that review:
· A Revocable Right-of-Way Permit is required for all new and existing private improvements in the street right-of-way.
· The new trees and boulders proposed in the street right-of-way must be relocated no closer than 10 feet from the street edge of asphalt.
· Delineate the proposed driveway snow storage area and label the storage area size in square feet and its percentage of the driveway area.
· The snowmelt must be on a separate zone within the street right-of-way and must be labeled at the control box.
Please feel free to contact Chad Salli, Public Works Department, at 479-2169 or me at 479-2173 if you have any questions or comments.
Sincerely,
Bill
