I bound the “Right-of-Way” Permit application in with the original binder I submitted, pages 3 & 4. I have attached it with this E-mail. I asked Shelley in the class about what I should do with the “Right-of Way” application and she said I should just try it this way. Please E-mail me what would work best for you and if I should send anything else in. I will correct the drawings for the other three items. Should I E-mail them back into you or upload them on the server? Again, please tell me what would be best for you. Thank you, Beth Beth Levine Architect, Inc. The following is a summary of the comments from that review: · A Revocable Right-of-Way Permit is required for all new and existing private improvements in the street right-of-way. · The new trees and boulders proposed in the street right-of-way must be relocated no closer than 10 feet from the street edge of asphalt. · Delineate the proposed driveway snow storage area and label the storage area size in square feet and its percentage of the driveway area. · The snowmelt must be on a separate zone within the street right-of-way and must be labeled at the control box.
