Minor Exterior Alteration
General Information: This application is required for all proposals involving minor changes to buildings and site improve-
ments, such as roofing, painting. window additions, landscaping, fences, retaining walls, etc. Applicable Vail Town
Code sections can be found at www.vailgov.com under Vail Information - Town Code Online. All projects requiring de-
sign review must receive approval prior to submitting a building permit application. An application for Design Review
cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Community Development Department, as outlined in
the submittal requirements. The project may also need to be reviewed by the Town Council and/or the Planning and
Environmental Commission. Design review approval expires one year from the date of approval, unless a building per-
mit is issued and construction commences.

Contractor herby submits the following specifications: Power wash, scrape, sand and
apply one coat of desired paint to all soft, siding, st,icco, deck support beams,
underneath deck, spindles. s'aimeils, windows, doors and :font fence. Two coats of
desired paint will be applied to all fascia. handrails, stairway landings and the top sides of
deck flooring. Contractor will apply two coats of stain to the siding on the south and east
side of complex. Contractor will repair any large cracks in stucco. In order to paint
soffit, contractor will remove and replace bud netting on all buildings. Contractor Rill
remove firewood, patio furniture, ect. and put back in it's proper puce.
As stated above the specifications we propose to furnish material and labor for the
sum of: Fifty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars - ($57.500.00)
Payment schedule as follows: ' -_ upon signature and acceptance of proposal and:: upon
completion and walk through.
Any alterations or deviation from the above specifications involving extra costs will
be executed only upon a written order and will become an extra charge over and
above the proposed estimate. All agreements are subject to any strikes, accidents,
or delays beyond the contractor's control.
