Sunrise Project # SEI11-P083 Dear Mr. Turnbull, Sunrise Environmental, Inc. performed a limited asbestos inspection at Vail Racquet Club Townhomes, 4770 Bighorn Road, Unit E-4, Vail Colorado on April 27, 2012. Sunrise Environmental, Inc. collected three (3) samples of drywall & joint compound from the three bathrooms in the unit where scheduled renovation activities will impact the walls. Bulk samples were submitted to Aerobiology Laboratory Associates, Inc. located in Lakewood, Colorado for analysis. Laboratory analysis indicates no asbestos was detected in any of the samples collected. The inspection was limited to the drywall and joint compound walls in each of the three (3) bathrooms. Only the bathroom walls and soffits were included in this limited asbestos inspection. No other areas or building materials were inspected or sampled at the Client’s request. The table below lists the sample information for the materials collected. The analytical data report and inspector certifications are attached.
