Mr. Heid,
On 04-16-2012, ECOS Environmental & Disaster Restoration Inc. (ECOS) abated 30 sq.ft. of
(ACM).The ACM (asbestos containing materials), identified from our inspection, was located in
the downstairs bathroom ceiling. All abatement procedures complied with standards per
Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment(CDPHE) regulations.
Unit#360 at the Villa Corinas in Vail, CO was found to have (ACM) that was described as White
Joint Compound and White Joint Compound w/White Paint.
Please feel free to contact Josh Johnson with queries or to make arrangements for any
necessary abatement activities.
