The existing crawlspace area below the Entry Level living space and adjacent to the Basement Level Mechanical room will be excavated to create an Unfinished Basement Storage Room. A heated concrete stair and walkway will be extended along the south side pf the existing house from the existing heated concrete walkway adjacent to the building entry door to a door to be added into the proposed Unfinished Basement. In addition to the door a window will be added to the west side of the new Basement.
