The following are the comments of the various departments of the Town regarding your proposal. These comments shall be addressed prior to scheduling on a Design Review agenda. Planninq Department e The plans incorrectly identify that 15 exterior light fixtures are permitted. Per the code one light fixture is permitted per each 1,000 square feet of lot area. As the lot area is 1 1,895 square feet, a maximum of 11 light fixtures are permitted. In addition, please provide the details on conformance with the lighting standards for the flood light proposed at the EHU entry. Flood lights do not typically meet the requirements of the lighting Code. Please revise and reduce the number of proposed lights.r All retaining walls need to be a minimum of 2 feet off of property lines.o After reviewing the plans staff has determined that the EHU is required 2 parking spaces and the primary residence is required 3 parking spaces. The required parking for either unit cannot block the required parking for the other unit. Fire Department o The structure will be required to be sprinklered and have a monitored fire alarm system per IFC 503.1.1(2003). Public Works .
