The following is a summary of the comments from that review: 1. Project Date:. Provide the existing and proposed landscape area calculations.. Provide the existing and proposed site coverage calculations.2. Site and Grading Plans:. ldentify all existing and proposed required parking spaces with a 9'X18' box for interior parking spaces and a 9'X19' box for surface parking spaces.. Delineate construction fencing necessary for tree preservation.. ldentify the proposed elevations at top and bottom of walls.o Provide a four foot (4') concrete pan with two inch (2") invert at the edge of driveway.. The width of driveway must be narowed to 24 ft or less south of concrete pan.3. Architectural Floor Plans/GRFA Calculations:r Provide one set of "red-lined" floor plans indicating the existing and proposed gross residential floor area (GRFA) calculations.4. ArchitecturalElevations:o All elevations must be fully dimensioned.5. Lighting Plan:. Provide an exterior lighting plan.
