Dear Shana,
Town Staff has preliminarily reviewed the application for an addition to the Hallenbeck residence located
at 4575 Streamside Circle. The following is a summary of the comments from that review:
1. Project Date:. Provide the existing and proposed landscape area calculations.. Provide the existing and proposed site coverage calculations.2. Site and Grading Plans:. ldentify all existing and proposed required parking spaces with a 9'X18' box for interior
parking spaces and a 9'X19' box for surface parking spaces.. Delineate construction fencing necessary for tree preservation.. ldentify the proposed elevations at top and bottom of walls.o Provide a four foot (4') concrete pan with two inch (2") invert at the edge of driveway.. The width of driveway must be narowed to 24 ft or less south of concrete pan.3. Architectural Floor Plans/GRFA Calculations:r Provide one set of "red-lined" floor plans indicating the existing and proposed gross
residential floor area (GRFA) calculations.4. ArchitecturalElevations:o All elevations must be fully dimensioned.5. Lighting Plan:. Provide an exterior lighting plan.

Tabebuia spp. Atso known as Brazitian Watnut, IPE is also a widety used flooring wood.
Its color ranges from rich rLrsset to a classic reddish brown. IPE is so rugged, it's used
to buitd piers, fencing, outdoor furniture and even the boardwalks in Atlantic City,
Miami Beach, and Disneywortd.
TIGERWOOD ASTRONIUM GRAVEOLENS
Tigerwood's native habitat ranges from Mexico to Argentina, reaching heights of 120
feet and diameters 24 to 40 inches. lt stands out for its resistance to checking and its
smooth finish, and the black stripes which give it its common name. Highty versatile,
its uses inctude pool cues, pistol handles, archery bows, and fine furniture.

Cambara trees oroduce wood with a medium to coarser texture for a more casual
[ook. Ranging from pate pinkish brown to browns tinged with maroon and light red, it
blends well with cedar and is an excellent substitute for redwood.

Brazrlian Redwood is a fine, retativety strai ght- gra ined wood with a beautifu[,
consistent color that ranges from tight to dark reddish brown with occasional dark
