The review process for NEW BUILDINGS will norrnally involve two separate meetings of the Design Review Board, so plan on at least two meetings for iheir approval ,
People who fail to appear before the Design Review Board at their scheduled meeting and who have not asked for a postponement will be required to be re-
publ ished,
The following itens no longer have to be presented to the Design Review Board.They, however, have to be presented to the Zoning Adrninistratoi fot approval:
a. windows, skylights and sinilar exterior changes that do not alt.er the existi.ng plane of the building; and
b' Building additions that are not viewed frorn any other lot or public space, which
have had letters subnitted fron adjoining property owners approving the addition; and/or approval frorn the agent for, or nanager oi-a condoniniurn
