Peter Patten showed a site plan and expla'ined where the earth along Gore Creek. Corcoran wanter to know if Mill Creek had

VACATION AND ABANDONMENT OF EASEMENT
This r-acation and abandonment of easement is ma-de this Sth day
of Apri1, 1983, by the Town of vail, a colorado municipal corporation
(the "Town") and Duanne F. Rodgers (the "owner").
WHEREAS, a certai.n easement on the recorded plat of Bighorn
Subdivision, Fif th Addition, more fu1ly described on Exh 1bit ,'Atl
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (the "easement"),
is currently encumbering a certain parcel of real estate (the "property")
more fufly described as follows:
