Contour intervals of not more than 2' unless the parcel consists of 6 acres or more, in which case, 5' contour intervals will be accepted. 3. Ex'isting trees or groups of trees having trunks with diameters of 4" or rnore one foot above grade. 4. Rock outcroppings and other significant natural features (1arge boulders, intennittent streams, etc. ). Avalanche areas, 100 year f1 ood plain and slopes 4Q% or more, if applicable. Ties to existing benchmark, ejther USGS landmark or sewer invert. Locations of the following: a. Proposed surface drainage on and off s'ite show'ing size and type of culverts, swales, etc. b.
