fn summary, ordinance No. 6 states that it is unlawful for any
person to litter, track or deposit any soil, rock, sand, debris or rnaterial, including trash dunrpsters, portable toilets and
workrnen vehicles upon any street, sidewalk, a1ley or public
place or any portion thereof. The right-of-way on all Town of Vail streets and roads is approximately 5 ft. off pavement.
This ordinance will be strictly enforced by the Town of vail Public Works Department. Persons found violating this ordinance
w11-1 be given a 24 hour written notice to renove said material .In the event the person so notified does not comply with the notice within th.e 24 hour time specified, the Public Works
Department will remove said naterial at the expense of person notified. The provisions of this ordinance shall not be
appl-icable to construction, maintenance or repair projects of any street or alley or any utilities in ttre right-a-way.
