Regarding your request for a report of a courtesy inspection done for the Interlocken Condo's, corrections should be as fo1 lows':
l. Fix penetrations in bojler room,s ceiling
2' close up walls: in boiler room adjoining the under side of the f'l oors in uni ts.
A1 'l repairs including access door need to be of I HR construction.
3. Smoke detectors are needed in a large number of the units.
4. sheetrock under stairs in units that have usable space under them.
5. 0utside-balconys, railing, stairs, and walkways need attention, and
some maintenance. Bridge on center wood walkway needs to be rdbuilt.
