This area is located w'ithin the 100 year flood plain as defjned by the Gore Creek Flood Plain Infomation Report, June, 1975. It is a violation of Sectjon 18.69.040, E, of the Town of Vail Municipal Code for any person desiring to modify the flood plain by fill, construction, channelizatjon, grading, or other similar changes to not receive an approval of the Zoning Administrator.
