Core Samples, May 15, 1979
Dear 5ir:
Thjs letter presents results of compressive strength tests of four
concrete core samples taken from the basement wall of the residence at 2983 Bellflower Drive, West Vajl, Colorado.
Three cores were ajr-dry cured for 7 days, prior to testing, in accord-
ance with ACI 301 requirements and one core was tested as received.
Table No. l presents resu.l ts of compressive strength and density tests
and an evaluation of the results.
Results of compressive strength tests jndicate that the concrete exceeds the requirements of ACI 301 for 3000 psj concrete.
