This is a summary of my findings. The structural frame for this building is composed of precast concrete. The area where you intend to instiall the bay window is an area where the wall is a non-bearing stud panel. This panel has no structural value for load bearing or lateral resistance in the building. Therebre, I can safely state that the installation of the new opening in this location will not have any detrimental effect on the structural integrity of the building.
