We are disappointed that you have not responded to our letter of June 1 7,
1 999. We have numerous construction defects in the house as well as an incomplete
work product. We have received final approval from the electrical inspector but have
yet to receive inspections on the plumbing and the building. The Town of Vail will not
inspect without your approval as you are the general contractor on the building permit.
This letter is to advise you that you are dismissed from the project. We will
complete the minimal balance of the work with another contractor, back charging you
for all charges.
The fact of dismissal does not relieve you from the numerous overcharges as
itemized in our earlier letter. We expect to be fully reimbursed.

Attached please find several photographs and elevations
relating the proposed window additions.
I have indicated two roof windows with an option to add
up to five. As the last several DRB Chairnen have stated,
the DRB is not very good at nultiple choice. ff the application needs to be specific as to nunbers, I would like to subnrit two windows on this elevation at this time.
One other change would be to paint the garage doors the
lighter brown versus the green as previously indicated.
