Gentlemen:
Monroe & NeweII Engineers, Inc. has reviewed the exj-sting struc-ture at 5074 North Main Gore Drive, Vail, Colorado to determine the sizes reguired for new headers for two windows and one door.
The door is to replace an existing window on the l-ower level north wal-f and will be the same width (2t -9) as the existing window. The existing header for the ol-d window will be adequate for the new door- An additionaf 2x6 king stud wj-1f need to be
added to each side of the existing supports for the header.
