The Annual Meeting of the Riverhouse Condominium Association was cal'l ed to
orcier at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 27, L983, by Marie v. cuman, president
of the Assoclation, ln her apartnent #10 of the Rjverhouse.
Stephen }{. Slmonett, Asslstant Vlce Pres'ident of Arthur G. Bishop & Company,
was appointed clerk of the meeting and reported that a quorum of 73% was in
attendance either in person or represented by proxy;

Ifa C. Rothgerber, Jr. requested that the 1983-1984 budget be discussed.
Discussion ensued regard'lng the fact that a reserve fund had not been set up.Ira moved that the accountant glve written reconrnendations regarding changing (1) the calendar year to a f'lsial year, and (Z) setting up a ieservE tunUl
Recormendatlons would then be folarded to the members of the Association along with ballots for voting and lmplementation. Seconded by Michael Curran and paised
unanimously.
I'lilliam F..Blshop presented 1984 budget. Ira c. Rothgerber moved for budget to
be approved subJect to accountants reconmendation. The standard unit assisment will lncrease from $1150.00 a quarter to $I51S.00 a quarter. Seconded by
Michael Curran and passed unanlmously.
Discussion of an e'levator emergency phone ensued. Michael curran moved to approye installation, Ira C. Rothgerber, Jr. seconded and it was passed
unanimously

Michael Cuman moved to allow the balcony changes proposed by Ira C.Rothgerber, Jr. The nnt'lon was seconded- by Maiie Curi.an and- passed
unanimously.
Discussion of insurance was held. Ira C. Rothgerber Jr. made known a relationship
between his firm and that of the Si'l versmith Insurance Agency, bidders
of the Riverhouse coverage. Fiood insurance was also discussed and it was
agreed to reinstate it for spring of 1984. Michael Curran moved to accept the
Silversmith Insurance bid and it was seconded by Marie Cuman by proxy for
Shirley Fulton. Motion was passed unanimously.
A motion to retain the services of Arthur G. Bishop & Co. as managing agent for
the Riverhouse Condo Association was made by lra C. Rothgerber Jr., seconded
by l'lichael Curran and passed unanlmously.
New Business
1) Ira C. Rothgerber Jr. suggested that in case of an emergency regarding the
Associatlon, Arthur G. Blshop & Co. should have the power to act, if after
due effort to contact the Board of Managers has been made, none are
avai I abl e.
2l The President of the Associatlon instructed Arthur G. Bishop & Co. to send
a letter to the Associatlon membership regard'lng the garage parking spaces
and the uses thereof.
Election of the Board of l'lanagers
Ira C, Rothgerber Jr. moved to re-elect Marie Curran as president of the
Association for another 3 year term. Seconded by Michael Curran and
passed unanimously. Sh{rley Fulton has two years remaining of her three
year tenn. Mrs. Alton Coates has one year left of her three year term.
There be'ing no further business to come before the Association, a motion
to adjourn was made by l.llll'lam F. Blshop, representing Ira C. Rothgerber Jr.
seconded by Mike Curran and passed unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
