As Managing Agent for the Edelweiss Condominium Association I have
been asked to convey to the Building Department of the Town of Vail that
the Association's Board of Managers has approved the renovation of unit
305 with Burke Harington Construction as the general contractor for general
renovation with the followins concessions.
The construction period for this remodel shall be the day after ski
season ending and June 15, 2005, and from the day after Labor Day
until November 15. 2005.
All contractors and sub contractior must coordinate their work
schedule, parking, delivery and removal of materials with the
Edelweiss manager.
