Town of Vail Fireolace Ordinance In Sepbmber of 1991, the Vail Town Council adofied an oldinance which resbicts te construction and use of open heafth fireplaces within municipal boundaries. Since that time the ordinane has undergone numerous changes and revisions, striving for compromise, yet effectiveness in addressing the air quality issue.
