Dear Shad.
Thank you for your application for fee removal at 695e Forest Road. It is my understanding that
the tree has already been rernoved, per your conversation with my colleague Warren Campbell.
Per our conversation, I can staff approve your applicatioq which will retroactively allow the
rernoval of the tree, with the following conditions:
l. That the tree be replaced on site with one or more trees of a species of your choice;
2. That the trees be replaced as specified above by Novernber l, 2007 .
As for the beetle kill trees on the property, the Town requires that all beetle kill trees be removed
immediately. If you have determined that there are dead trees on the property due to pine beetle
infestation, please retnove them as soon as possible,
