This is to serve as formal notification that the 9 Vail Road Condominium Association
Board of Directors has reviewed and approved the plans for modifications to take place
within unit's 3l and32. These modifications are inclusive ofjoining udts 31 and 32 and
purchasing some of the common elements (approximately 25 feet) to incorporate the
common elements into the new individual unit.
The project work cannot begin unit all items required by the association are met.
