Based on my conversation with Judy Rodriguez, I understand that no DRB or PEC reviews are required, but that we should send you a letter with our intentions and a copy of our plans. Basically, we will remove a cornmon wall befween the condos, combine the two kitchens and move one interior doorway to improve traffic flow within our unit. As you explained to us, Units ffi1 &792 correspond respectively to Units 38 & 3C on the third floor as indicated on the original construction drawings. In the area where the subject wall is located, the structure above and below is framed with hollow core precast planks at the floors, bearing onto steel beams and steel columns. We believe that the wall is not structural.
