BUILDING PERMIT ISSUANCE TIME FRAME
If this permit requires a Town of Vail Fire Depaftment Approval, Engineer's (Public Works)
review and approval, a Planning Department review or Health Depaftment review, and a review
by the Building Department the estimated time for a total review will take as long as three (3)
weeks.
All commercial (large or small) and all multi-family permits will have to follow the above
mentioned maximum requirements. Residential and small p@ects should take a lesser amount
of time. However, if residential or smaller pQects impact the various above mentioned
departments with regard to necessary review, these projects may also take three (3) weeks to
review and approve.
Every attempt will be made by this department to expedite this permit as soon as possible.
I, the undersigned, understand the plan check procedure and time frame. I also understand
that if the permit is not picked up by the expiration date, that I must still pay the plan check fee
and that if I fail to do so it may affect future permits that I apply for.

Partial rernodel on the inside of the Condo.
Temporary disabling of the air handling systems and the fire alarm systems has
been taken care of by Vail Realty, maintenance contractors.

1) Waste container storage. Asbestos will be double bagged with 6 mil
prind bags and taken to an enclosed truck for transportation to
proper landfill.
2) Waste load out area. Front door of Condo.
3) Entry and Exit details of abatement area. Will enter and exit through a
two chamber load out at front door.
4) Entry and Exit for the ocopants of the structure in unaffected areas.
Two stairwells and/or elevator if needed.
