Revise east egress stairs such that the stair footprint does not impact the existing building footprint inside the existing perimeter wall, and replace stucco at the stair base with stone. 2. Add windows to the north wall of the south and middle pods. 3. Add windows to the south wall of the north pod and south wall of the south pod. 4. Add window shutters to the west elevation. 5. Add elevator to the interior of the south pod, move bridges at the 2 "d and 3rd floors from the southeast and southwest corners to the middle of the south elevation, replace entry doors from those bridges with windows, and add unit entrances to the 1", 2 " and 3 rd floors at the middle of the south elevation. 6. Eliminate balcony on the 4th floor of unit 310 on the west elevation and add windows. 7. Add stone base on the north and south elevations of the west facing entry elements.
