Planning Department Permit comments Dear Bill: The items listed below are in response to your comm ents via e-mail to Michael English dated May 4, 2012. The following changes have been made to the Permit Documents: Cover Sheet A1.0: In the “Project Data” area we have added a note to refer to sheet A1.1 for the Area Summary. Sheet A1.1: We have added the GRFA calculation summary table to this sheet. Sheet A1.2: We have lowered the roof ridge over the Great R oom/Dining Room by 8”. We have modified the “Upper Level GRFA Plan” to include the additional square footage of the Great Room/Dining Room that is ≥ 16’-0” above the floor. Sheet A1.2a: We have added this sheet which indicates all roof ridge heights with their corresponding elevations in both USGS elevation and height above project datum. Sheet A2.0: We have added a note to this sheet indicating that the retaining wall at the southeast corner of the property will have a maximum height of 4’-0”. We believe that the provided res ponses address your comments and will allow the release of the Building Permit.
